Delta Plumbing & Heating Supply Corp.

Extremely disappointed with Delta Plumbing Supply Company. Their driver parked the vehicle in the middle of the road, completely blocking traffic and causing serious inconvenience to others. I understand that in New York City, double parking is sometimes unavoidable, but there was street parking available right in front of their store, and choosing to double park under those circumstances is unacceptable. This shows a lack of basic traffic awareness and consideration for others.

Horrible customer service and unable to to reach for support. when i bought a tank from them, they sold me a broken tank and when i came to return/refund it they told me they wouldn’t accept it and that i would have to deal with the official company itself who are completely unreachable. ( i’ve been on hold for customer service for an entire hour ).

One of the workers at the location just flat out lied to me for 5 minutes, sold me a part that was the wrong size. The item is not very expensive, 3 dollars, so will not even bother going back to return it. But what business would engage in dishonesty to sell a 3 dollar item. How pathetic.

My parents have been doing business with this company for over 35 years. Their hot water heater broke and it was under warranty. When they called the guy was helpful. But when he realized they were having an issue he didn’t help them. They called again and Delta didn’t pick up. My parents went to the store and saw that they had hot water heaters from the same company. And still they refused to help my parents. We called the hot water heater company directly and after 1/2 an hour we heard back from Delta. How convenient! They were apologetic and then wanted to help out my parents. However, my parents took their business elsewhere as they were treated poorly from the beginning. How foolish to lose business from people who have been so loyal.

This is my daily plumbing supply (plumber here) and im from the bronx. Ceasar will get you anything you need and at a ridiculous cheap price compared to competitors. He doesn't have it, no problem hell order it and the next day you got it.
