Heredia and Deluxe Countertop Solutions are AMAZING!! They make the process of selecting beautiful Countertops so easy. We used them to do our kitchen then decided to sell that home and downsize. They are now doing our guest and primary bathrooms and our kitchen. The vanities in the primary are complete. Guest bath will be ready for countertop soon then the kitchen reno will begin. As a fellow small business owner, I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews, but the experience I've had with this company is beyond disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it to alert potential customers. We invested over $10,000 in having 4 units installed with quartz countertops, expecting durability and quality craftsmanship. However, what we received falls far short of these expectations. Firstly, the countertops stain remarkably easily, which is highly unusual for quartz countertops. This has been a source of frustration and inconvenience for us. Secondly, despite our clear instructions and initial success with drilling a hole for a soap dispenser in the first unit, the company failed to follow through on the remaining three units. HORRIBLE !! BE AWARE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I would give less than 1 star if I could. We spent so much money and the counters are horrible quality. They stain like crazy nothing can get it up we have never seen such bad counters. The customer service is horrible even though we spent thousands of dollars they didn't complete the work they said they were going to. 0/5 stars highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
