Deluxe Vanity and Kitchen took our awful outdated kitchen and completely transformed it into a beautiful place to be in now! From beginning to end, every person that we worked with answered all of our questions and helped us every step of the way. Roy and Ben seriously know what they are doing and I never felt unsure of anything. They were available at all times of the day via text and always made sure that everything got done on time and in the best most professional way. I stumbled upon Deluxe Vanity. I was on my way to another bath showroom in the area when I passed this place. I liked the name, the building appeared clean and substantial and I figured, “this place must be good.” I was right! I was looking for a floating vanity for my powder room and Deluxe Vanity had the perfect one. I wanted to purchase it though I hesitated – I didn’t have an installer. The salesclerk was extremely helpful. She advised that Deluxe Vanity had licensed general contractors who could handle my powder room remodel and she also helped me purchase the vanity (with free shipping). I truly hope the calls are recorded because when asking them the first question to better understand there service, “ how are you doing today?” They ignored it and were rude. When working with a company a first impression is so important. I recommend they retrain on how to answer a phone which is a basic skill that can show care, or to run away, and in this instance, it takes 1 second to listen and respond, and if they can’t do this, how else can they listen when there is a problem. To the owners, listen to the calls, retrain if you feel you need too. Yes it’s hard to find quality employees who care as much as you do.
