Working with Deluxe windows was great! They responded in a timely manner, made wonderful thoughtful suggestions, had a good price. and were very professional. We initially were reaching out only about our front window, and after Felix met with us and helped design a new shape that totally upgraded the look and feel of our home, we ended up replacing every window in the house with them.

We are a new first time home owners and we decided to install new windows in our house. Our house was built in 1954s and the windows needed upgrading. We contacted and interviewed several companies because the expense to install all new windows in the house is significant and we wanted to make sure we pick the right company. We decided to go with Deluxe Windows because they were highly recommended by an neighbors. We had a very knowledgeable salesperson Yanek. After the meeting we decided to buy the windows from him. We had waited few weeks, which is a normal time frame for a custom windows for the whole house to be made, we received the call from the company with a date to have them installed. Yanek came out to my house and we went over different options, then we visited showroom in Burlingame and discussed exactly what we need to ensure I would get exactly the same design that existed to preserve the architectural integrity of my 1964 home. He even provided a ballpark estimate before coming out for measurements, and the final quote was right in line with that figure—no surprises. We ordered custom sound-proof, dual-pane windows.
