Working with Rich Demelo, owner of Demelo Plumbing, was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, Rich’s knowledge, leadership, and positive attitude set the tone for the entire project. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with, making our master bath renovation feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. His team reflected his high standards as well. Cathy in the office was warm and attentive, Brian kept everything organized with clear estimates and reminders, and Gabe’s craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. Rich has built an all-star company, and it was a pleasure working with him.

Came home from Volunteering at the Bedford VA Hospital to find my sink clogged and while the disposal operated nothing happened other the water rotating. Called Demelo Heating & Air Conditioning just after 2pm. Not sure we can do anything... then, hang on. Yes, we can someone over right now. He arrived quickly. Identified the problem. Communicated what had to be done. Then fixed the problem. Advised how and why it occurred and what not to do again. Good listener. Great communicator. I wrote his name down but can't find the piece of paper. A French name. Great job!!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with DeMelo, plumbing and heating. My five year-old, as they do, threw something down the toilet and clogged it up. The technician, Gabe came to help and fixed it with skill and ease. He was extremely courteous and professional, and was very kind to my five year-old, who watched him the entire time :) Thank you for a great experience!

Had three estimates for my place of business. First two companies recommended $60k to $80k entire roof unit replacements within an hour of being here. Demelo and his team gave a different recommendation, all repaired an operational for under 2 grand. If you want honesty and quality work call this company, you won't regret it

My husband and I had a heat emergency (heater stopped working) this past Thanksgiving weekend as the weather started to get colder. We thought about who to call and remembered how professional Demelo was who came out to fix our ac unit. We looked them up and saw they have a 24-hour emergency service. Luckily we called and Demelo was able to come out and troubleshoot the issue. We were serviced by Aidan who was able to diagnose and fix the problem. Our heater started working again. We appreciate the prompt service and for helping us out on a chilly night. We will use them again.
