Hernandez Demolition has done interior demolition on 2 large 1870's buildings for us including removal of drop ceilings, plaster & lath ceilings and walls, framing, windows, carpet, linoleum, glued-on underlayment, brick & block, electrical, and more. Carlos and his team are very safety conscious, do great work, and go the extra mile. Their prices are very competitive as well. I highly recommend them & I plan to use them again.
Carlos and his crew did an amazing job helping us transform two historical buildings we purchased in Rockville! The work was excellent and done quickly. And the crew was very professional. We will be using them for other projects!
