I highly recommend Dempsey Electric. Great local company that have supported the Houston community for over 4 decades. Mr Dempsey himself answers the phone and is willing to walk you through the details which I appreciate tremendously. In the age of AI and chat bots messaging nothing beats having another person on the line that can solve complex problems immediately.

I was happy with Dempsey until the most recent project. I had pool lights that were out, and they sent a technician. He arrived late in the afternoon, and managed to find a couple of burned outlets outdoors. It got dark, so he said he’d have to come back when he had more time and daylight. He charged me a trip charge and left. Some days later, I called to find out when he was going to come back, and they quickly sent another guy. He too showed up late in the afternoon and had apparently not discussed my situation at all with the first guy. He started the analysis all over again, but he too said that he needed to come back when he had more daylight and time. After charging me another trip charge, he left. At that point I was out 2 trip charges and was nowhere near even starting to wo
