I was hesitant to post this review because Frank tends to get very defensive very fast, but I thought this review might help someone. TLDR; It was more of a regular clean than a deep clean. I had a move-in cleaning done recently, and my experience is similar to that of Emily Cotto's below (i.e. his staff didn't show up so he cleaned himself, his wife showed up later, he kept reiterating he has been in business for 10+ years, etc.). I found some stuff later after he left. On the one hand, he would say "I'm cleaning your vents because my staff didn't show up", but then he would also emphasize "I cleaned your vents as a courtesy" if I pointed out something.
