He is very knowledgeable honest & down to earth. Has always done good job repairing our appliances. Promptly answerd calls.. If it's not worth repairing he will tell u. I don't know why anyone would give him a bad review.

All I can say is that the appliance repair business must be good, if they (and other repair places) can treat customers the way they do. I'll just state the facts: Davis did a warranty call on my Whirlpool refrigerator and then said parts were on back order. Then, no follow up or returned calls for a couple of months. When they finally returned a call, I had to contact Whirlpool to get part shipped. When the part arrived, Davis was "too booked up" and declined the service call, forcing me to call Whirlpool again. Of course after a week long wait, that tech then did a same day cancellation. And, you guessed it, I had to call Whirlpool again.

PLEASE DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE! Dennis Davis and Carl his tech like the others on here have said are horrible people to deal with.They will never return a call or answer the phone after the initial appointment set up by manufacturer. It's almost like a SCAM or something I don't understand why do people this way as customers.

Bought a new set of washer/dryer from Lowe’s hardware for our newly built home. A month later the washer quits working and lowes said to call Maytag- Maytag sent out Davis for repairs. They said the part I needed was on back order and they woukd call me when it came in. That was over a year ago. I’ve called, left voicemails, never received any calls back. The last time I did get someone to answer he said “I guess your part is in the middle of the ocean” completely unprofessional to think I can go without a washer for a year when it was BRAND NEW. Still calling a year later with no returned calls. Are they even in business anymore? Disappointed

Great service. They came out and looked at both of my gas dryers. They were able to use a part off one dryer to make a working dryer. I was very pleased.
