I called for help with a sewage smell in my basement. Every time I called I talked to a different person who had no idea about any previous conversations or work done on the issue. Appointments were made that weren’t kept. When they finally came to take a look not only did they not solve the original issue but they cut pipe and left a mess everywhere, left the newly cut vent pipe open so I now also have odors from the sink, and charged me over $200. I ended up fixing the original problem myself by consulting the internet but still need to address the new problem they created. Never again.

I highly recommend Palmer Plumbing. They were professional, very responsive to our call and were able to identify and fix our issue in a timely manner. We had to replace our water heater and they were able to do so quickly so that we did not have to go without hot water for too long. Bryan and his colleague did an excellent job! They provided a great experience and were very reasonably priced.

I called at 9:00 in the morning and they were here by 2:00 PM. They replaced a broken kitchen faucet for me. They wore booties to protect my floor and had drop cloths to help keep my kitchen clean. They left the area spotless. My new faucet works fine. I am very happy with their quick and efficient service!

Best of the best! We had Palmer Plumbing help us with our kitchen renovation and they were amazing from start to finish. They plumbed everything perfectly and even rerouted some piping so we could eliminate the existing soffits. We highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing/heating needs.
