Dennis was a pure professional. I have a very old, turn of the century doors on my house. You could tell he had a lot of experience. He knew what some of the issues were with keys made at Lowe’s on the self-serve machine and advised me where to go to get new keys made. I have used him a couple times and he is a fair businessman.
