They have a friendly staff that is extremely helpful in all areas of HVAC and Refrigeration. Their staff is great on the phone or in house. The customer service is second to none!. I will continue to look to Wayne Dennis for cutting edge technology and equipment to provide my customers the premium services they deserve.
The only supply house I'll go to as a first stop. I may go to others from time to time, but only for tank refills. As for "Nichole Lunning's" review, she's angry because she was told that Dennis supply is not open to the public, and that she cannot just walk in to buy stuff. She's not licensed or affiliated with a mechanical shop. Take her word with a grain of salt.
Mediocre to outright useless phone service. Contractors routinely have to drive over and physically verify if the parts are in stock.
Trash service. Do not rely on them.
Always helpful staff.
