Dennis Waters Rental Property

I am so sick of this place! We are about to move and get a house soon and I can't wait. Do not rent from theses people! I have lived here for about 4 years due to saving on a budget and every summer my AC goes. Don't let it be on a weekend because maintenance might not be able to fix it until Monday. They don't allow pets but they haven't change our carpet since we moved here. How about handle the stray cats and dogs that are out here. It would be nice to get a new stove considering two tops don't heat up. They always doing quick fix only for it to break down again. This place needs an upgrade but too greedy for the money!

Real friendly people nice friendly, good service

This place does not even deserve one star. The ladies in the office are extremely rude. Before I even filled out an application I was asking about the service animal for my father Because all the places I was looking at were filed with “NO PETS” The lady proceeded to tell me that it didn’t matter whether he was a service animal or not. I left did a little research found out that that’s actually not true and that it’s actually against the law. When I called back to try to explain my fathers rights vs. their rights The lady was full of attitude and went on some type of power trip Proceeding to tell me that she could deny his application for anything on his credit instead... I could understand being treated this way if I had called up with attitude. However, I called with questions about thei

Horrible company! I know they have a no pet policy, but under the FHA they can not deny service dogs. I have all proper paperwork, and the lady was rude and still is denying me my service dog. I hate to get a lawyer involved, but that’s what I’m going to do. Hell I don’t see why it’s such a big deal, they don’t hardly repair anything in the properties anyways.

Very nice properties and very nice people. I wish I could rent from these polite people. I can tell by looking at the property that they care about their business and tenants alot. They don't allow pets and incompletely understand why so that is the only reason I'm not in one of their vacancies now
