We had a vigorous 7-year-old maple tree that suffered damage during an ice storm. The trunk was cracking three ways down from the primary branch joint, literally on the verge of coming apart. It was also wedged between our house, power lines, and garden. We discovered the damage on Mother's Day. I called Dennis to ask if he could give me an estimate. He made it out the next morning with his crew. He quoted a very fair price ($400) and looked at some of our other trees in the front yard as well and gave us some advice on how to better care for them. He offered to throw in a little cleanup in the front yard trees as well for another $25. They took the tree down right then and in less time than he expected. He dropped the price by $75 at the end. I called at 10 in the morning and was told that Dennis would come and remove a large branch that broke off my tree in my backyard by about 2 or 3 pm. I did not hear back from them and decided to call for a status update at around 3:30 and he told me that they working still at the other job and that they would be there for another hour before they would be able to come over. I then receive a call from Dennis at 4pm and he tells me that he won't be able to come to my house as originally promised because they were going to be tied up the entire rest of the day on the same job that they were at the entire morning. Told Dennis I needed tree in front yard cleaned up. He gave me a quote and sent some men to do the job. They left it lopsided and too crowded at top. When I requested follow-up, he told me that I didn't ask for the tree to be crowned. I didn't know I needed to ask for that. Anyway, we have called and texted him numerous times over the past month. He says he will come by but never does. He also says he is so busy with all the storm clean-up. It's been weeks--maybe months-- since storm. WILL NOT USE HIM AGAIN!

Called Dennis for an estimate and he came to the house within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and had the service completed the next day. It was a very efficient process and they did a wonderful job!

Dennis and his crew were awesome - they helped us decide what to clear and what not to clear, they worked unbelievably hard non-stop, and they cleared away all the debris. I am definitely going to use them again and give them my highest recommendation.
