This was one of the best purchases I could have made to renew the home. Javier was not only super professional, he also has an amazing ability to thoroughly show you what he is doing so that you fully understand the benefits of the cleaning. He was kind, and hands down one of the easiest people to talk to while doing the work. Xavier cleaned an area rug and my hardwood floors. The area rug was stained and had bad pet odor. Xavier was great! He was thorough and explained the process of removing the stains and odor from the rug. The rug looks clean and smells much better! My hardwood floors are shiny and clean too! Xavier was able to remove the dull looking sheen from the floor. He is very pleasant and professional. The process of scheduling was easy and the communication was very good.
