I’ve lived in one of their “Luxury Condo” buildings for over 5 years. This is the most unprofessional & deplorable management company I’ve ever had the misfortune of working with, in my 30 years of luxury apartment living. Just when you think dealing with them couldn’t possibly get any worse they decided to pull out the “maintenance men” from working on site at Dockside on Penn Landing because they really hope to sell them all one day soon so renters be… Further & Officially well and truly damned! Fortunately, my father-in-law specializes in class action suits for a major Firm in Manhattan. I promise there will be legal action taken, once it’s safe for me to do so, as I still live in the building. Location, location, location…that’s All they have…with a view. Absolutely horrific customer service. Our apartment flooded due to a bad foundation and the only thing management allowed to be done was for all of the carpet to be ripped out, leaving the bare, dirty concrete floors. Our apartment is now uninhabitable and the apartment manager, "Karen" (how ironic) did not answer our phone calls for a week and was unbelievably rude when she finally got back to us. Do not give this company your business.

This company is a joke. They aren't the most expensive which is the only positive. Half of the maintenance staff is HORRIBLE! The regional manager is the most unprofessional person I've seen. They have family working for them and so those people feel they can do and say whatever they want because if you challenge them they hold it against you! He tried to refuse me service for something that is clearly covered in my lease.! And everything is old so they fall apart. Doors, cabinet front. Light fixtures. Garbage disposal. Dishwasher..all either broken or do not function properly. I've had to get rid of roaches and I've now found a mouse for the 2nd time! Which I have to cover the cost for.

One sided business. A death happened, body found days after already decomposed, residents we're expected to leave within their own means are expected to deal with the situation as is no general explanation of what is being done.only thing said by management is a note on the main door "only management is going to be popping doors open"... While management does not live here residents were expected to take the situation beyond our control and live through the dense smell! even after the removal the smell still Overly remained. People kids got sick, food had to be toss out sleepless nights.

Good luck contacting them because the receptionist will tell you that they're in the office, but they won't answer their phones or return messages. They threaten to take you to court for not paying rent, but they won't answer their phones to discuss the situation. My property manager told me there was nothing further she could do and that it was an issue with corporate. She also told me that corporate won't be willing to talk to me because they're very busy with 17 properties..... This review isn't even in regards to my apartment but moreso the terrible management company. Worst experience I've ever had with an apartment and I wouldn't recommend anything relating to the DePaul Group to anyone.
