I had a wonderful experience using Dependable Appliance. When my washer started leaking, John was able to schedule a repair quickly! He had very prompt, reliable, and friendly service. After diagnosing the problem, John fixed it fast and even gave me some helpful tips for future use. Prices were extremely fair and the service was excellent. I recommend this company for all major appliance repairs!

John is the best. We have had him out several times in the last 6 years. We inherited old whirlpool models that work great until occasionally small parts stop working. Every time we have called him out, he knew exactly the problem and fixed it in a very timely manner. Recently, he replaced a part that broke after a week of him repairing it. He promptly came out, determined that the part was faulty from the manufacturer, and replaced it with a new one free of charge. John displays price transparency, timeliness, and integrity. He is my go-to appliance repair man!
