I called 8/18/2025 and John was polite and gave me a time. Nick the tech showed up on time...that never happens...he was happy and professional. Gave me my estimate and I asked when he could do the work. He said "I can do that for you now I have everything I need in my truck." What, who does that, I was expecting next year sometime. Perfect, I said. 4 hours later it was complete, I was literally emotional. You see I had been using my foot as leverage to help me open the door for 15 years and it's heavy (1939?) because I thought my truck wouldn't clear the opener. WOW! Thank you, thank you John and especially Nick. I really couldn't believe it and will tell everyone how impressed I am! My next door neighbor gave me the referral, so pass it on!

My garage door would started giving me issues late fall. Reached out to a couple businesses but not reply; until I reached out to Dependable Door from a Google search. Gave a call on Monday and the owner listened to my issue, took down my info, and got me slated for Wednesday. However, would update daily on being able to squeeze me Monday and Tuesday; it Wednesday worked best. They called ahead of time to say they were on their way. Their technician Nick was able to get me working again and provided great methods to keep my garage door working in tiptop shape. From beginning to end nothing but friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and transparent. Will definitely be using them again and referring to others. Thank you again.

Just had our interior doors all replaced and we could not be happier. They look amazing!!! Fast and efficient and when they left you didn't even know they were there. Everything cleaned up and back in its place. Thank you, John!!

My home had archaic canopy style doors and I hired them to replace them with modern doors and openers. The price was very reasonable, they got the job done fairly quick, gave me a rundown on maintenance and usage, etc. Very good pricing, good communication, would happily recommend.
