The customer service I received from Dependable was fantastic. The scheduling was easy, Joseph called before he arrived, and he did an amazing job. After another company recommended that I replace my garage door completely, Joseph explained through illustration and detail why that wasn’t necessary. He replaced by broken torsion spring, new rod, new cables and bearings all for a reasonable price. Saved me at least $1000. Thanks for the great service and warranty Joseph and team!

Quick response. I was assigned JT, he came out same day and had my garage door up and running. He went above and beyond resealed the lifting weatherstrips and greased the mechanisms to make the door so quiet. He was very responsive and wonderful to work with. They are a local veteran own business and deserve our business.
