We use dependable mechanical for all our plumbing needs! As a hair salon, we are constantly dealing with plumbing issues due to the large volume of hair we service each day and they never let us down! They do same day servicing and are so knowledgeable and most importantly, they leave the place spotless after any maintenance! Highly recommend for any business with plumbing needs!

I’ve used this company twice—once last year and again this year. Unfortunately, both times the pricing felt overpriced for the scope of work. This year, replacing two damaged tubular elbow pipes cost $925, and the work took less than an hour. What’s more concerning is that these same tubulars were installed by this company last year. I’m not sure whether they’re expected to fail annually, but even by NYC standards, $925 for this work is excessive. I’m sharing this to help others be aware of the cost relative to the service provided.
