My experience with Dependable Moving and Delivery was awesome. The communication was great. They were on time and ready to work. They were very careful with my things. Their pricing was great especially for my move. I felt heard and that goes a long way. I will definitely be referring family and friends.,

I booked dependable movers to move from my 4 bedroom house. The staff was very professional and timely. They handled my furniture with care. I will definitely be using them for future moving needs.

Unfortunately this company is very Undependable. Richard was somewhat polite But failed to inform me, until the very day we set the appointment, that his truck was in the shop. Response to owner: To elaborate more .... They did Not inform me until I reached out with a call that morning of said appointment. Texted info Richard requested the evening before only to find out the next morning he had an accident in the truck. Had texted Several times to be sure we were still on... with No response until I called him. Sounds like You should better... not Google

I spoke with Richard at this company and the experience was extremely abhorrent. I will never do business with him. He was rude, he spoke over me and I was barely able to talk. He was very aggressive and indicated that he was busy with other customers so I need to agree to the job or not. I called to inquire about a quote and negotiate, and received this kind of service. As a matter of fact, he got upset and hung up on me. It was absolutely unacceptable and he needs to be trained in customer service. This is his company and I would never, never, ever be a customer of this moving Company. I will however let others know how terrible my experience was and I definitely will never recommend calling this company for any business. You never know who your customer is and what impact they can have.
