We were most pleased with the electrical work that Steve and Mike did for us in preparing our kitchen for an update. Steve was easy to get a hold of and carefully worked out the details of what was needed. We valued his expertise in recommending the type of under cabinet lighting and switch boxes we would need for a future tile backsplash. He was able to the schedule the work within a week of the call and then he and Mike worked hard and without a lunch break to get it all done in one day. They were creative in figuring out how to add a new outlet for us without having to go into our basement and add new wiring and a junction box, which saved us money. I highly recommend Steve's company. He knows what he's doing and is pleasant to do business with.

Dependable One Electrical, Inc. has always done an excellent job! We have used them for years. Steve, the owner is quick to respond to phone calls. They have done big jobs and small jobs professionally and expertly. They are reasonable and do the job right the first time. We love the recessed ceiling lights with new light switches with dimmers and all the new outlets, new electrical panel box, and the new ceiling fan. Our house is 50 years old and they had no problem addressing what needed to be done. My husband and I highly recommend them.

We had Dependable One install two light fixtures and two switches. They look great and the switches they used are very high quality. The installation was fast and very professional. The electrician was careful and clean and arrived on time. He was also really friendly and very helpful about placement. A genuinely excellent experience with a small local company. I made sure I got a card so we can use them for any additional projects in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

I had a great experience with Dependable One Electric! Steve is a great representative of this company. He was very responsive and even was willing to come out on Saturday morning to replace the outlet and power cord that connects to my dryer. Steve was very efficient and explained everything to me. In the process, he has a great personality because we talked while he worked through fixing the problem. I highly recommend utilizing Dependable One Electrical...great work!!!

We just had Michael out to replace our bath exhaust fan and fix a few outlets! He was so nice, took time to truly explain differences of fans and what was needed prior to the on-site visit. While he was on-site he was detailed with his work and truly took the time to make the customer happy! They are our go to electricians from now on!
