Skip Gilman of Dependable Pest Solutions has visited my house every three months for several years. He checks and maintains the bait boxes for mice control in the basement and garage. May through October, he sprays the exterior house for ant control. He is an expert contractor, explaining what activity has occured at each visit. We had an invasion of field mice five years ago. I called Dependable Pest Solutions and they responded quickly. I sat with the technician as she explained the process to me. I hired them then and there and she did the first treatment. She got rid of my unwanted guests and now does three month checks to make sure they don't sneak back in. I also decided to have them treat my home perimeter for ants, a choice I am very happy with. The entire staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are affordable and the treatments effective. You can't go wrong with Dependable Pest Solutions.

I reached out first thing in the morning today and a specialist was at our home by 4:30 pm the same day. Very responsive and excellent communication! The specialist determined right away that the method they use wasn't right for us and our mouser cats, but spent a solid 30 minutes giving me tips on how to proof our home and limit places for mice to travel. She also gave recommendations for who to call for other services Dependable does not cover. I know who I am going to contact next time we have a pest problem!

Today was my second time using this company…and I cannot recommend them enough! Today was a rodent issue, and I used them a few years ago for a wasp situation. They were amazingly professional and efficient on both occasions. They were able to come out the same-day called, which is hugely important to me with pest situations. I love that they call/text so you know exactly when they will arrive. Bill, who came out today, went above and beyond by giving my neighbors and me advice on an odd squirrel situation in our yard. (Skip, who came out last time for the wasps, was also wonderful). 5-Stars all around!!
