Dependable Roofing

Fred came on time every time, and returned phone calls on time as well. He was there when he said he would be and never waisted my time. He worked with my budget providing multiple options for what I wanted, returning a couple times before deciding on the final product. Guys cleaned up after themselves daily. No surprises. Highly recommend.

The owner of Dependable Roofing wouldn’t ever give me an invoice or warranty paperwork after completing the work, despite numerous requests. When the roof started dripping tar onto my patio (which has ruined my patio), he told me it was a manufacturer problem and to work with them, which I couldn’t without the paperwork. He wouldn’t help me at all, couldn’t even tell me the product/line he used. Now I have to pay to have it redone, when it’s still under warranty. I also had numerous leaks (which he did fix) and granules washing off the roof and clogging my pool vacuum for about 2 years. Buyer beware!

I honestly can't say enough when it comes to Fred and his crew. They're really patient and answer all your questions; honest and ethical. They work w insurance, they're on time, they work quickly, they're professional, and they leave the area cleaner than it was before they got there. Fred did my balcony, my roof, and my Mom's roof - no complaints and we've had other contractors comment on how great the work is, entirely unprovoked. I wish they did more than roofing because finding quality contractors is difficult.

May 2023 - Fred and his team were AWESOME. If you need any part of your roof done, this is the team you want. We needed a complete roof replacement thru insurance. Dependable is a busy company with lots of work. They still got our roof scheduled quickly. Everyone showed up on time and worked really hard. They were courteous and respectful of us and our property. Fred was present a lot (and/or his son) and answered all questions and concerns. When he wasn't present in person, I NEVER had trouble getting him on the phone. The roof was finished the day they said it would be. He also worked with us on finishing up the insurance paperwork. I can't remember the last time I've been so impressed and happy with a contractor. I recommend Dependable Roofing, a hundred percent!
