Restrooms, showers, TV and pool table are in the front by the gazebo. Drivers, no matter weather conditions, do a complete and proper TIV. Get under there and make sure everything is locked. Do a tug test while the legs are down. If you don't, this is what you can lose; your load, your life, your job, or possibly hurting or killing someone else! I’m not sure how a business operates when you can’t contact them. I left my no. On wash tick to call or text when it was done. Nothing. I tried to contact the wash for hours got nothing but corporate answering then they tried and said someone would call me back still nothing. Picked up trailer after hours and the slip on trailer was not in a plastic bag so it was almost destroyed by rain apparently it was almost unreadable. No one around again no one to answer a call except answering service and no one to call me back to email a new wash ticket. This business is tough enough without the incompetence of the supporting business. No one cares. No one is responsible I guess. Nothing will be done to correct it. This is the new normal. They moved locations from the previous one a few minutes diwb the road. Awesome people, and they get you loaded pretty quick. Walk into the new office on the door to the right, check in with the security guard and she'll let you know where to go exactly if needbe.

I'm sure others have had positive experiences, but I didn't really. I had to drive around their lot twice because 2 different guys told me 2 different places to go. We'll, I won't be coming back. I'll get a bucket and do it myself next time.

Check EVERY THING! I had some greasy wash out caps too! I also asked for my trailer to be ready at 8am, wasn't ready until 11am. Update: it's hit or miss here. I had a good wash this time around.
