Ladies n Gents PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY OR PERSON THEY’re sending out to do the job. Yes he looked at my heavily traffic carpet and told me he could get the job done. He said he need to treat the spots which he charged me extra for that was no problem. He was rushing don’t even think he treated any stains also when I went upstairs to check on him he was standing up sleeping holding on to the machine. After I left to make a few runs he rushed through the rest of the work right after I paid him in advance “my fault” for doing that I should’ve knew better. As the carpet dried a day later carpet still looked the same as before like he hadn’t even touched it SMFH 180 bucks right out the door easily. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Had my duct vents cleaned out over a year ago for my rental property. They showed up with just a normal household shop vac Quality of work was not what I expected. A year later, I had black stuff coming out of my vents which I would not expect if the ductwork in the vents were cleaned out properly as advertised. The sign stated one price, but then when they showed up, they tried to charge more than what was advertised.

Had a family member call this guy to get a rug done. When the phone was answered, the gentleman said “what” instead of “hello” or any type of common courtesy answering. He also accused my family member if lying since he didn’t have a 502 number, since he didn’t change it after moving. After accusing him of lying, he hung up on my family member as well. Unprofessional to say the least. Would NEVER recommend them unless there is a change in ownership. Ridiculous.

This man is a total fraud save your money and run. Poor work and doesn’t show up to fix the ducts I paid over $400 to clean. Pic below on how he left us after he was “finished”

This man is total scam artist and took advantage of a young women. First he said it would be $1400 to clean my air ducts and do my two rooms of carpet cleaning upstairs and stairs. I talk him down to $950 (which is still high but was on a time crunch) he left for lunch and I had to errands he promised he would be back alone, when I return he was another person he bought to the job. (Without giving me a call or heads up) then ask me for money I told him I wanted to check his work, and he missed about half the vents. Didn’t clean the air vents and all the ducts in the basement. I asked him to clean them and he said he didn’t bring his pressure washer to clean the vents. So I had my mom bring hers across town. We had agreed to pay $475 (still very high) Then next day he sent his employee to
