Their driver disregarded the stoplight at Shelbyville Road and Beckley Station, during construction. His tanker trailer blocked the intersection for three light cycles. Thankfully, there were no emergency vehicles at that time. This behavior is very rare for a professional driver with a CDL.!

Wow, top notch company. Had an severe blockage in our restroom drain lines Friday 7/21/23 Called several people to come help but no one showed. A customer Mike Aldridge was in the store and heard us talking about our problem. He asked if he could go take a look at our restrooms to see if there was something he could help with. After Mike took a look he said he believes we have more than one issue and asked if we would be available saturday so he could stop in to try and fix the problem. Saturday morning Mike arrived at the store with a huge machine hooked to a pickup truck and said he is here to fix our restroom problem. After a few hours and trips to the local hardware store mike had us up and running. Mike replaced the wax ring, flange and toilet and used some type of hydro power to flus

I do not want to give it a 1 star just because of the lady on the phone. Been a customer for 3-7 years always picked this company to clean our restaurant’s grease trap. Never had a problem loved the people including the previous lady on the phone nice and friendly. But today when I scheduled an appointment the new lady on the phone was impatient and hung up before I could make sure everything was settled. When I called back she said “I thought we have everything cleared” literally on the phone for 30 seconds and “everything was clear”. Just disappointed. We will pick another company if this happens again.

I've used derby city for a few years now. They have never let me down. Keep up the great work and service! A+

Followed your truck through town as it was leaking all over the road! And onto people's vehicles. Might want to check your valves and make sure they close properly!
