We are beyond happy with our pool from Derby City Pools. From the initial consult to completion, everyone was professional and their knowledge showed they’re at the top of their industry. They didn’t just talk the talk, they walked it. They knew exactly what to do when challenges arose. They were meticulous to detail and the project manager is a perfectionist! The crew was amazing, and we loved coming home every day to see the progress they had made. They gave us our dream pool oasis, and it was better than what we could have imagined. We owe it to their amazing team and hard work. You won’t go wrong when you trust Derby City Pools, they simple are the best!

Beware!! I did not have a pool installed but my neighbor did. This company and all involved did $2600 worth of damage to my property. They never installed a silt fence and all mud came into my yard. No one had the courtesy to come to me to talk about the damage done or offer to pay for the damages. Due to this I have called and kindly asked for them to stay off of my property and they continue to use my property to access the neighbors yard.

We really enjoyed our experience with these guys, Alex and Rick were very responsive and catered to our requests. When we started this project in early March, I didn't think we'd be swimming this year, but we were and had a couple of months to enjoy it. The crew was amazing, I wish I could remember all of their names, but they kept us up to date with every step, and when we needed to change/add/subtract parts of our project, they were right there to exceed our needs. When perusing their website the pictures of their past projects were what had us reaching out. Our job was not a large or a super intricate one, but we were treated like if it was the most important one. Thanks guys!

I researched for months and came across a pool company called Derby City Pools run by Alex and Rick Fransen. I have met other families who have had pools put in by this company and these families have nothing but good things to say about them. I’ve heard nightmare stories from other companies but not this one. Work started on my pool May 2nd 2022 it was completed on 15 June 2022, we took a week delay due to no concrete being available. About the process, Alex came over to my house for initial meet on July 20, 2021. There were lots and lots of design emails back and forth. Alex submitted to me an initial design, I liked what I saw, so I put money down. The real design process started after that. He submitted to me a VR design of my backyard showing my pool / backyard in day and nigh

I can’t say enough good things about Derby City and the crew that made our dreams come true! They have every quality you want in a contractor (ALL OF THEM)!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, HARD WORKING, I could go on and on. If your reading this I’m assuming your in the market for a pool or hard scape of some kind, please let this be your sign to look no further. As a small business owner my self i truly was impressed with the speed and quality of this group. I promise you will not get better results anywhere in this city. I’ve had two friends and my wife had a co-worker all put pools in before Alex started on our project and they where absolute horror stories that I couldn’t even begin to explain!
