I picked up materials for a contractor friend and the place and workers treated me very well. Very simple transactions.

Walked in as new customer with home a project. Tried to ask them about products they sell specifically about floor stains and colors. Stuff treated me like I’m no one, and basically told me deal with your contractor. I asked them will this product help me with my project or maybe you can recommend something. We don’t know, that is the answer I got from them. I’m a business owner my self , treating people like that won’t get you far. By the way i never write feedback. Only when it’s good or very bad

I've taken my bona belt sander to be repaired on 2 different occasions for the same problem 2 different mechanics. First go around they said it was a top roller they changed it out ($1000) didn't fix the problem . I took it again to them told them the issue, they said "ok, it's this part and we have it in stock" I say ok let's do it . ($1700) Needless to say after 2700 dollars worth of repairs the issue has not been fixed I tried calling only to get transferred to a voicemail that's full and no longer taking messages .

Good spot for contractors to get whole sale prices on hardwood laminate some tools and accessories. Been working with them for over 15 years now. Everyone is pretty nice there never had a problem there with anything or anyone. And free pretzels on fridays

As a business owner, I struggle with posting reviews like this. Personally I'd not give Derr Flooring (Willow Grove) high marks on 'customer service' in the Sales dept. Honestly, based on recent experience, they fall flat. However, the warehouse guys and delivery drivers Couldn't be nicer. The vibe given: If you do $100k+ a year with them, perhaps the Sales dept. will offer the added attention and take the extra step to accommodate and assist you. As a business owner, IF an account of ours said, "Please close my account, I'll not be purchasing from your company." I'd definitely talk with them, preferably face to face to find out "Why" ... what did we do wrong. A response of "Ok" from any employee within a business, after hearing that, should be Unacceptable.
