Derrick replaced our roof several years ago. We were very pleased with his professionalism and his crew. He came by today to check seals around a couple of roof vents, inspected the roof and gave me great instructions on what I can do to keep the roof maintained for many years to come. He is honest and fair ! I 100% recommend !

Over the last 15 years Derrick French has installed roofs on two different properties for me in the Surfside Beach / Garden City area. I have always found his crews and he to be professional. Mr. French and his crews have done quality work for me in the past. On several occasions I have asked French to inspect my roofs and he and his crews did the inspections without hesitation. When installing my new roofs, French and his crews were on time and did a first class clean up job. After doing research, I believe his pricing was fair with using quality materials.

This company is amazing! My house is only about 7 years old and last year the roof started leaking dripping water into our living room. Derrick and one of his crew members came out within days. His assistant was already on the roof and found the issue in like 2 minutes the time it took for Derrick, me and my husband to get to the back yard. It was a small crack in a shingle it required so little of whatever they put in it that we weren't charged. Derrick also gave us very good advice. We have had no more leaking. I can't thank this company enough we were not prepared at all financially for a roof fix. He will be the first call I make when if there is ever anymore issues. This company genuinely cares!!!!!

Derrick French is serious about customer satisfaction. Derrick has been able to keep the same crew of craftsmen for years. That fact speaks volumes. They have a great synergy. There is only one way for a repair to be made; that is the right way. Derrick once told me that he has made a career of properly repairing previous poor workmanship. He is fair, very capable and expeditious. His company did extensive repairs and remodeling for us. Not only will we call on him again, but are pleased to recommend him to others.

Our roof was done by Derrick French’s roofing & roof has leaked 3 times staining my ceiling. He installed 2 skylights also , which leaked. We asked him to fix it & he came back with tar & caulk & just put more on. Very unsatisfied . We are having to reroof.
