We recently bought a home in NH and have had nothing but great experiences with Derry Septic! A few months back, when we were in the process of putting an offer on a different home, I had a lot of questions about the septic inspection done by the previous owners. I spoke with Dick, and he generously spent over an hour with me—on a Friday evening—going over the inspection report and explaining everything in detail. I appreciate that my septic emergency was treated like an emergency by the service provider. High water alarm went off, tank was pumped and diagnosed the next day and my pump was replaced on day number 3. The septic pump assembly was completely updated as well.

We had an emergency. They came right out in the snow, frozen ground, pumped our septic, found a clog, and snaked the blockage. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We will now be on a routine schedule with them.

This is a great team! On very short notice due to a real estate transaction deadline, Derry Septic came out and gave a very thorough inspection and explanation of the current leach field and septic tank of the property. You could tell that they really care about informing homeowners and purchasers of the state of their septic systems and helping maintain those systems.
