Contacted Des-Carr doors on a referral from a friend and am so glad that I did. Carol, Joe, and Mike are knowledgeable, professional, and great to deal with. Had 2 doors taken out and 2 new ones installed. Very reasonable cost and everything was outlined on the estimate. Showed up promptly, worked efficiently, cleaned up and took old doors, readjusted garage door openers, and re-trimmed door casings. Very professional job. Nice to give business to local family companies.

Last month, I pulled into the drive, and our garage door would not open. Cracked spring. And of course, it was late on a Friday! Called DesCarr and left a message, expecting a call back on Monday. Instead, Joe calls us Saturday morning and asks us if he can come out. A couple hours later, we are all good. Who does that these days? DesCarr Joe! Same as when I first met him over 25 years ago. He is the only one I call.

After researching several companies, I selected Des-Carr Doors to install new garage doors and openers for me a few months ago. It's been very difficult to anyone to even reply these days for jobs, NOT Des-Carr Doors!!! Joe and Carol are so professional and understand that it takes a second to lose a customer. Joe was great at helping me choose a door that was both economical and stylish. I loved my old barn doors but couldn't open them during a snowstorm! Granted it took a little while for the door to be delivered, but Carol kept me fully informed and it was worth the wait. The installation was equally professional. I'm absolutely thrilled! I still need to pick out my black hardware to complete the look though. PS...it's the quietest garage door I've ever heard!
