Deschutes Plumbing sets the bar for excellence. From the start, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. They replaced all my toilets and installed a reverse osmosis system over a year ago—everything went flawlessly. Recently, one toilet began refilling occasionally, so I emailed them (with no urgency). To my surprise, they arrived the very same day to fix it, standing firmly behind their work even after more than a year had passed. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is unmatched. They’re always punctual, personable, and truly care about their clients. I couldn’t be more grateful—thank you, Deschutes Plumbing.

I compared prices for hot water heaters at several different stores/vendors. The one I got from Deschutes Plumbing was supposed to be the best at a price marginally above the lowest value heater. Also, their plumber who installed the heater in my garage during subfreezing weather arrived promptly, did the work in half the time expected, picked up everything, and was very nice.

Can’t say enough good things about Deschutes Plumbing. Our sewer pump went out on a Thursday night, and I called first thing Friday morning. They had someone at our place within the hour to assess the situation, got our reservoir pumped using their resources, and had a solid plan in place before 9 a.m. Their communication was outstanding the whole way—clear updates, quick responses, and you always knew exactly what was happening next. Even their technology/processes made everything feel smooth and organized from start to finish. They also immediately called around to find a replacement pump locally—none were available in town (not their fault)—so they had one overnighted and ready to install Monday morning. We’ve used Deschutes Plumbing for a couple of major jobs, and it’s always been a solid experience. Last year, we replaced a couple of toilets and our bathroom sink hardware. It was such a good experience, they were the first company we called when we needed to replace our hot water heater. Cody, who did the work, was always honest and helpful when we had questions, and he did a great job. The office was responsive and got us on the schedule quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!
