I couldn’t recommend them more. On top of their competitive pricing, I’ve had a great customer service experience. I’ve mostly talked to a combination of Jeremy (the owner), Mike, and Rob, and they’re all super knowledgeable, happy to explain things, and genuinely kind and professional. We started using them after two other companies told us we needed a whole new system, and we were really just trying to price-check and explore our options. They have fixed our unfixable 45 year old boiler and have installed a new heat pump system as well into our house. Even with a couple small hiccups we encountered — none of which were their fault — we both agree they’ve made us customers for life and I reccomend them to everyone.

We used a value pack coupon. Employee came and did checkup. Sprayed AC unit coils with cleaner. He even said he didn’t even know why we requested the service and we didn’t need to call us again. Within a year it ate up the aluminum and I had to replace my unit costing $8000. Avoid at all costs.

Desco replaced my AC and Heating system. They sent Camrin and another young man and they were both very professional and were able to answer all of my questions. The installation was done with no disruption to my day.

I recently decided to replace my entire HVAC system due to aging and inefficient equipment. The technicians from Desko in Hanover were very professional and worked hard to install our new system with little disruption and great efficiency.

Everything about the service received from Desco has been wonderful! They have worked on our commercial bakery refrigerators and they also installed an new AC unit at our home. I highly recommend the company to anyone in the area. I have been so appreciative of everything from talking to ladies on the phone to the guys who came to work on equipment. Amazing local business!
