My smart lock failed suddenly, so I called and Orion was able to come out super quickly. He not only identified the broken part, but grabbed a replacement from the hardware store (called me with options), fixed the lock, and reprogrammed it. We verified everything worked remotely. He sent me photos of every step. The whole process was super smooth and Orion was very professional, flexible, and courteous. I highly recommend him!

My car stopped responding to my key fob and the key was not working in the lock. Orion came out in under and hour and managed to get us back into our car (turned out the battery died) and fix the malfunctioning door lock. Rapid, friendly service on-site and at an affordable price. Will be going back for all my locksmith needs in the Tucson area.

This morning I called Orion Dugger (owner/operator of Desert Coyote Locksmith) and told him that we had 3 locks that we purchased from Amazon that we needed rekeyed. I asked him if I could drop them off at his shop and them pick them up later in the week. Orion told me he was out on a call and would stop by within the hour. It took him about 30 minutes to get to our house - he looked at our 3 locks and said no problem - he took them out to his truck and came back about 20 minutes later done! Orion is a true professional and really cares about 5-star customer service! He charged us $15 per lock for the rekey ($45 total) -- first class job and prices that can't be beat!!! Thanks, Orion!
