This company is fantastic. Theresa runs a well-run operation who communicates with you constantly from helping with acquiring digging permits, to the ETA’s and billing. Bryan and Jim assessed my septic tank problems and I was expecting the worst from a 30-year old tank. Before Desert Excavation, I had another “highly rated” septic services company alert me about my septic problems. They barely looked at my tank and made up a figure on the spot. With Bryan and Jim, the assessment was thorough, I was involved step by step and they dug my yard thoughtfully. They eventually found the culprit: My main pipe was filled with roots.
