I’ve had several interactions with Desert Freeze AC and have been very pleased with the service. On one occasion, another company couldn’t remove what appeared to be a broken locking cap on my refrigerant line, but Desert Freeze was able to take care of it. They’ve also come out same-day for an urgent situation, which I really appreciated. I’ve found them to be professional, skilled, and easy to work with. When my home warranty company decided to use a different HVAC technician for a job, he was understanding about the situation. That kind of professionalism speaks volumes. Overall, Desert Freeze AC has provided quality work and dependable service when I’ve needed it most.
