Typical dirty beat up plumbing warehouse set up with a counter mainly focused on serving their loyal group of local Pro plumbers . As a capable DIY guy, I'll sometimes choose a place like this to pick up specialty items I would not be likely to find in a big box store. Their expertise is a plus, their attitude rarely is. In this case, I needed a new cartridge for a leaky Delta shower head. They are sold on ebay and Amazon for around $35.00 but I wanted the convenience of fixing my problem the same day and thought I'd be less likely to wind up with the wrong part. They found the part right away and the kid processed me quickly. The owner peeked out of his office and I checked with him about whether it would be a good idea to grease the seals lightly during installation. He indicated
