Desert Plastering

This company exhibits poor customer service and delivers substandard workmanship. I left four messages for Dani, the customer service representative, before finally receiving getting her on the phone. It required repeated follow-up to have someone come to my home to evaluate the issue. Water leaks into our house whenever it rains. During the inspection, the field service manage, Enrique, attempted to deflect responsibility by blaming the windows, despite prior testing that confirmed they are not the source of the leak. He then claimed the issue was due to “normal aging” of the home. While minor cracking may be expected over time, water intrusion during even light rainfall is not normal aging—it is indicative of faulty installation.

Reset plaster came out to do some minor clean ups. Amazing job !!

Horrible experience! We had a very disappointing experience with Desert Plastering. When we walked in to apply for work, the office lady was incredibly rude. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, she coldly told us we needed a recommendation just to apply. The attitude and lack of professionalism left a terrible impression. My husband, who was hoping to find work, felt especially let down.

Contacted them about a warranty. The first time I was placed on hold and no one ever returned to the line . The next day I was hung up on and then they stopped answering the phone. The funny thing is they never even asked me any details. As soon as they found out I was calling about a warranty, they discontinued all contact. I will be taking my business elsewhere. My wife and I purchased a home the Savona development in Summerlin from Woodside Homes. Within the first two weeks of purchasing the home we noted to the customer service representative that the stucco on the front and back of the home were patchy and needed repair. A company representative came out and agreed to fix the patchy look. Eventually someone was sent out to repair the back of the house, which took two attempts, but the job was a reasonable repair, and since the repair was on the back of the house, I accepted it. I had to make numerous calls to Woodside and it took months for someone to come out from the Stucco company to work on the front of the house. The Desert worker only tried to fix the patchy stucco on the lower front of the home, and did nothing to the second level. The
