I would not recommend Desert Valley Contracting. My experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing from the start. Our insurance company assigned them to our claim in 2020. By 2022, the granite countertop they installed was already separating. When they came out to “repair” it, they simply glued it back together—a temporary fix that lasted only three years. Now, in 2025, the same issue has returned, clearly showing the repair was never done properly. Customer service has been extremely poor. While the office can be reached, every interaction has been met with excuses and unhelpful responses.
