I called to request information about creating a blue print. Roger decided to promptly interrupt me as I was explaining that we have a 3 dimensional drawing of this. I had advised that we have sent business to him on a few occassions. He decided to hang up on me after saying we do blueprints, but did not want to do it. I tried to call back and no one responded. As a business you have a responsibility to respect those you speak to, and this was incrediblly disprectful, unprofessional, and unfortunately even after trying to give Roger a chance to make it right, he was not willing to pick up the phone. I truly hope that something changes here, because that is no way to treat anyone.
