Our kitchen is very beautiful. The experience wasnt as such. We didn't receive an itemized invoice as requested. Additional items such as exhaust fan, an item we could see what we paid was heavily marked up. The silverware organizer still needed to be cut to size. We had quite a bit of left over molding etc... 100 to 200 ft that wasnt needed. They don't take returns but they order what is supposed to be used. We would go elsewhere if had to do again. But... Kitchen is very nice.
