Working with Design Concepts has been awesome, we first had Woody come out and give us a bid for replacing our carpet at our home and were impressed by his punctuality and turnaround time from bid to install. We had decided Design Concepts would be our go to for our Spec home builds and they essentially were a one stop shop for us to quickly make design choices as well as source who would be installing Tile, engineered hardwood and carpet. We had a really good experience buying our flooring at design concepts. Everyone was extremely friendly and fun to work with. We sat down with the owner and he helped us decide exactly what we needed as well as giving us great advice on how to install the flooring. Highly recommend them for any remodeling needs!

It was a nightmare that I am still in the middle of. We ordered a full kitchen from them through our contractor in September 2021. They promised they would be delivered by December 2021. My entire kitchen was demolished in November. We got partial delivery in February with many missing and wrong sized pieces. This held up my appliances being installed, and my backsplash and counters. We were without functioning kitchen for months. After that we were constantly promised the rest of the cabinets and parts would be delivered the following week . Only to be disappointed and given another excuse for the delay. None of the promises they made were fulfilled. I am still waiting for pieces of cabinetry and we are in August 2022 now. They've brought wrong sizes, they've brought badly painted pieces
