We love our new floors. Design Flooring did a great job installing quicker than they anticipated. We will be purchasing g from them again.

Very customer service oriented. The owner is very nice and helped me when I was in a bind. I needed my bedroom carpet stretched and Home Depot said that the carpet stretcher would be available. I tore apart my bedroom apart so that I could stretch my carpet. Went to pick up the stretcher from Home Depot and they said that the person that rented it did not return it and might have it for another week. I went to floor and design for help and the owner came the same day on New Year’s Eve and stretched it for me. He did a great job at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this business for your flooring needs.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Honest, reliable, and they truly care about getting the job done right. When we bought our house, we noticed some problems with mold in the master shower, but weren’t sure what was causing it. We had Santiago (the Owner) and his crew come out and do a full remodel of our bathroom. He was able to quickly find the issue and discovered the shower pan had been incorrectly installed and the entire subfloor beneath the shower had been completely rotted out because of it. They were quickly able to remedy the issue and installed new tile throughout the bathroom that I absolutely love and know will last forever (because it was actually done right this time). Included before and after pics (after pic was mid project so just ignore the dirty sink;)

They recently completed a project for me and did outstanding work! Would definitely recommend 10/10. They did the hardwood floors, carpet and tile.

The new owners are the same people who were doing all the install and design work before. Amazing people! With reliable, transparent pricing, and professional work perform. All my properties have been done by the same people the last 15 years. Highly recommend them
