I cannot say enough about Designer Hardwood Floors. I have used this company to finish my hardwood floors for the past ten years and have also been pleased with their customer service and professionalism. All the floors in my home were covered in peel and press tiles which left a sticky residue when removed. Designer Hardwood Floors finished all of them and they are beautiful! I constantly receive compliments. Well this week the team went above and beyond to help me! I called at the last minute in a panic to have the final room in my house done, and Russ and his staff rearranged their schedule to accommodate me. We had a very good experience with this company. They were very clear about the process. When movers scuffed the floor and left a mark I called him and left a message. He called back and arranged to come over the same day to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with the work and the look of the floor. We had a very good experience with the customer service as well.
