From start to finish, their team demonstrated exceptional qualities that truly set them apart. Nearly effortless on my part and customer service deserves its own 5 star review. They literally took care of everything !! I highly recommend Designer Pools hands down! I love my pool ! Norry and the entire crew at Designer Pools and Spas are the best. From the planning and design phase, through the construction and after, their expertise and dedication will impress you. The installation is incredible to watch. The process is fast and efficient. All of the crew members are friendly, punctual and clearly extremely talented at what they do. Everyone took great care to protect my home and property during the well orchestrated building process. After installation, the guys also did an amazing job cleaning up the street, my driveway and the yard, which I really appreciate. In the spring, we will be able to proceed with patio construction which will proceed seamlessly due to excellent cooperation and communication between Designer Pools and B &W Custom Concrete. Norry and his close knit and well orchestrated team did a phenomenal job on my personal pool, which was just installed! I work for a homebuilder and I first saw the quality and attention to detail that went into one of our customer's pools that Designer installed in 2021. I have also seen other customers go with other pool companies. I did also speak to several other pool companies and I was most impressed with Designer Pools due to quality of the install team, attention to detail, excellent product with Latham Fiberglass at a competitive price and overall service. Darlene and I would like to thank Designer Pools of Gowanda for the fast and Skilled work. Five days ago I noticed our pool wasn’t heating so I hurried up and called Designer Pools. They were down there the following day. After taking 10 minutes of looking at the situation, they saw I needed two components and I would have my pool heating again. They had one of the items they put in, the other one they had to order. Four days later, the part came in and they put it in. And now my pool is heating great. Thank you Designer pool for your fast and awesome work you guys do. We all know that you’re quite busy this time of year and throughout the year.
