Excellent experience working with Ian to inspect a home for purchase. Thorough, knowledgeable, and responsive. Ian answered all of my questions as he did the inspection and pointed out plenty of issues that I needed to be aware of. Professional and responsive, we would definitely use Ian again if/when we need a home inspection.

Ian is excellent. He performed the home inspection on a place that I am closing, and he was incredibly thorough. He found items that other inspectors missed and some of these were potentially dangerous or insidious; Ian's work will save money and time for both the buyer and seller. You can tell that he's passionate about the work too. I learned so much from talking as he worked that I feel confident about these items going forward. Last note he's a great guy! Highly recommended 10/10

Ian was awesome to work with for our home inspection. I've been through this process quite a few times now and he was one of the best (if not the best) that I've used. I originally selected him due to the high number of 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. I received a comprehensive report, excellent communication, and we had great conversation while he did the inspection. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

Ian, the inspector, is very knowledgeable and knows his trade extremely well. He took his time to inspect everything for the house I am buying and also explained it all along the way, while maintaining careful attention to detail. He provides very detailed paperwork with pictures and a thorough report. His talent for home inspections shines through his outgoing personality and friendliness which makes you automatically know he is on your side and that he genuinely cares about your home purchase. As a first time home buyer, I feel I don't know a lot about what to look for in a home and Ian catered to my understanding well by explaining, demonstrating, and showing me his findings real time as we inspected my new home. Highly recommend picking him for your home inspection if you want to know
