We had extensive water damage caused from the unit above us. Destination Home was on site quickly and started work. They did an amazing job getting the water damage taken care of. We chose to have them do the repair work. We could not be more satisfied with the work that was performed. Every person involved was extremely professional and compassionate. Destination Home responded within an hour of my call to them. My wife and I were in a panic and were not able to resolve our flooding issue on our own. They came with a crew of tech people as well as a coordinator and a supervisor who helped us deal with our insurance company. They set up fans and dehumidifiers and removed water damaged molding and flooring. Their equipment remained on our premises until they no longer detected any moisture. They also diagnosed the reason for our issue in the first place. We were extremely satisfied with their work and felt the billing for their emergency service was very fair and reasonable. We give them en excellent rating overall.

Had my hot water heater give out and it flooded about half of my home. These guys came out and got up the water very quickly and they had to do a little removal of some things but they got the dry out done in quick timely manner and they got my house restored quickly. There was one a couple of guys that came out as well I belive it was Steven and brain I belive they were awesome to work with.
