I didn’t even get to the point where I booked an appointment, and I’m still giving this business a one star. I called them up to get an estimate which he did and was nice about it but upon me telling him that I didn’t wanna be put on the schedule quite yet and that I wanted to shop around (like a smart consumer would), he started to yell at me telling me good luck trying to find somebody to come out there for free. (HE WASNT DOING IT FOR FREE it’s $250 to test and inspect) but I wasn’t expecting someone to come for free but any consumer who is educated knows it’s better to shop around. Any business owner he’s gonna get business by criticizing their potential customers isn’t gonna get any damn business from me. My mom and I have been with this company for decades, and we have a system that's been around as long as we've lived in this house. Whenever there's been an issue with the pump, they have been there. Whenever we have had questions, they've been there. Very professional, great prices, and most importantly, very kind people who take time and look out for their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to fix my well and pump, and I would make them my first call any time. If they can't fix it, they'll direct you to someone who can. That's being the best in the business.

Waited a week for an appointment to leave work early on the day of the appointment because the technician was to arrive at 3pm. We were not given a timeframe window as the owner stated. WE reached out three times within 3 hours and finally got a TEXT MESSAGE the technician was 30 min away. When I asked him for a discount off the $250 fee there was no negotiation. I told him to go ahead and cancel it since they're obviously not concerned about their customers and he hung up on me. It's sad that so many businesses need customers. Why not tell us it was a window timeframe when we called the first time? I'm starting to think they forgot and had to scramble to find someone.

*UPDATE* 9/15/21 Was able to get in touch with the owner and he has stated that he is working towards getting his contractor's license so that he can get the appropriate permit pulled and perform the corrective actions required to bring the work into compliance with the citation. I will update this review once the work is complete. I contracted this company on 7/2/21 to install a shallow well and new pump. The owner was to pull the required permits to do this work as it was included in the price however I found out that this contractor has no contractor license and thus did not pull a permit to do the work. I received a Cease and Desist Citation from the City of Jax dated 9/7/21 after they came to my property to inspect the work. Per the citation no permit was pulled and the work done

We've never had problems with this company in the past. I'm not sure what's going on but I've been calling everyday for someone to come out and fix my irrigation well pump. Everyday I call and everyday I get a voicemail. To be fair, he called me back on the first day and said he'd come out within a day or so...that was exactly seven days ago. Then, he ghost me. It's sad...we brought this company so much business from our community. Now, I have to call someone else to fix our pump that's under warranty before my grass dies.
