i am THOROUGHLY impressed with my new fence installed by Detroit Fence Company (and so are my neighbors 😆). Andre was incredibly accommodating and efficient throughout the entire process. it took a couple calls to get a hold of them, but once i did it was smooth sailing. i got 2 other quotes from other companies, but DFC gave me the best deal. so happy to support a 100% Black-owned and operated business with excellent down-to-earth customer service! if you’re reading this, HIRE THEM! you won’t regret it (and your neighbors will be JEALOUS!)

I intentionally seek out small businesses and more often black owned businesses. I found this business after they completed a fence for a neighbor. They are very nice people and the work they did was amazing. I love my fence! It did take a few calls after getting the initial quote to connect for an install date. I’m glad I didn’t let that deter me. We settled on a start date, they came as scheduled, completed the job and I am a happy customer.

I called Detroit Fence after two other quotes. I needed a wood fence to enclose an acquired tax foreclosed property and the adjacent lot. Mac came out listened to what I was trying to do and made great suggestions on the best way to achieve it. Not only that, he told me the exact time he’d be out to start and was true to his word. He even threw in some small extras that really went a long way like welding my chain link gate. It looks great and I’m so happy I kept my hard earned money in my community. We were referred thru the owner's daughter who works with my wife. We had major problems with LOWE'S. Detroit fence took the job, scheduled, completed on time, and saved us $1500. They also responded when we had a problem with our gate 8 months after installation. If we have any more work we need with fencing we will use them again.

This company was really wonderful to work with! The whole process moved along quickly and they were really great about keeping us updated. The crew was friendly and they did an excellent job! Very fair pricing also.
